Pupusas are a widely known Salvadorean staple that are delicious to the core. Indeed, as pupusas commonly contain a Cheese or Bean & Cheese filling, where it is kept warm.
Fascinated by this dish, Charcoal Grill Chicken utilizes a special technique and recipe: a unique blend of 3 cheeses, "tres quesos" is used for our cheese pupusas allowing for a creamy, yet dense filling. Its outer layer(dough), freshly prepared, when heated develops a texture similar to that of a corn tortilla. Pupusas may also be filled with bean, cheese, and pork(chicharron) as well.
